Fall Out Boy release Save Rock and Roll: Pax AM Limited Edition Re-Issue
(October 2, 2013 - New York, NY) - Multi-platinum GRAMMY® nominated group Fall Out Boy announces the release of SAVE ROCK AND ROLL: PAX•AM Limited Edition Double Disc Re-Issue, which is a two-disc physical release. This will include PAX•AM DAYS, a collection of eight 80’s-punk influenced songs produced by Ryan Adams (co-produced by Mike Viola) at his PAX AM Studio in Hollywood, CA. PAX•AM DAYS will be available at all digital retailers. In addition, there will be a limited vinyl release of PAX•AM DAYS for Record Store Day on November 29. On October 10th, Fall Out Boy will make a return appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, performing “Alone Together,” their latest hit off SAVE ROCK AND ROLL. ”Alone Together” is the follow-up to the double-platinum Top 10 hit, “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)” the sports anthem of 2013. BBC RADIO 1 listeners have chosen “My Songs…” as the Number 3 favorite song from Radio 1’s playlist over the past 5 years. Since the launch of “My Songs…” in February, Fall Out Boy has been releasing an 11-part music video series entitled "Save Rock and Roll: The Young Blood Chronicles.” Every song on the album will have a video shot for it that all ties into one serialized story. Next up is a benefit show for the GRAMMY Foundation® and its GRAMMY in the Schools® education programs on November 29 in Fall Out Boy’s hometown, Chicago, at the famous Metro.
